What Is MyCED?
MyCED is a new system that has been created by the College of Education and our partners, our aim is to give you a better understanding of the student. The CARES team aims to provide a centralized structure to the campus community in our support for the student. We don’t want to give any trouble to our students with the help of your teachers and staff. Students who exhibit behavior or disclose personal challenges without regard for their personal, physical and emotional well-being They should be referred to the CARES team for appropriate campus and community resources. Students displaying bullying, promiscuity, aggressive or violent behavior should also be referred to CARES, unless there is an immediate safety concern.
In collaboration with the student, the CARES team will review all available information on the student’s behavior and background to develop an individualized action plan and provide ongoing case management support. The team meets regularly and as and when required.
