All your university studies made it possible online by connecting with portail mateluq. There are 125 plus programs available in Teluq University and also offers 400 courses in languages, administration, education, communication and science field.
It is an easy and smooth way to studying at TÉLUQ University using MaTeluq login but before you need to register into téluq and get a member of its student association. There is a free of cost assistance program with EAP and as a student, you can also access to a student assistance program. How To Register @ MaTeluq
If you want your personal MaTÉLUQ email ID and password then you need admission first for that follow few steps and be the mateluq Technologie educative.
Step#.1 Open mateluq (https://www.teluq.ca/site/services/sante-mentale.php) website using web browser and there you will get the “Admission” option.
Step#2. Put your mouse arrow on the Admission option, more options will appear on that tab menu.
Step#3. At this step click on “Application for Admission” and you will be entered into the demande_admission page. Read all the information then go with further steps. (Admission to a program, Important dates, Admission fee, Document to provide, Delay of treatment, Student from another university, Registration for my first lessons.)
Step#4. If you are new to Teluq University then click on the “NEW REQUEST” button and the option will popup on the screen. select “This is my first application for admission to TELUQ University” and then click “continue button”.
Step#5. Your admission information page is load, now you have to enter Email, create a password follow by instruction, tick on “Yes” to agree on promotion, information and newsletter will be receiving from ma teluq. And then click on the “Start” button.
Step#6. An email will be sent to your registered email ID to confirmation and verification. Once done, then you can easily login to ma teluq account.
How to Login @ MaTeluq
Step#1. After your successful login which witness is the confirmation email, you received from ma teluq. Go to the MaTeluq login (https://sso.teluq.uquebec.ca/cas/login?service=https%3a%2f%2funiv.teluq.ca%2fLogin%2fLogin.aspx%3fReturnUrl%3d%2fmateluq%2f) URL page using a web browser.
Step#2. Here you need to enter your mateluq C User ode (email/username) and M to pass (password) to the provided field and then click on the “To Log In” button.
Optional: You can also sign in mateluq portal using your WINDOWS ACCOUNT (Activate MaTÉLUQ).
Step#3. A successful login to teluq portal, now you can select your course and pay online using your “mateluq” account.

Q.1 Time limit for correcting assignments and exams?
The correction of homework and exams is seven (7) working days following their reception at the home of the guardian. The deadline for correcting examinations under supervision is 30 days from the date on which the guardian receives the copies sent by post. Indeed, all student work is sent to TÉLUQ in Quebec City and the exams service is responsible for transmitting the copies to the guardians.
Q2. How does the course deferral work?
An additional period of a few days to a few weeks may be requested but the decision to grant it is at the discretion of the guardian. It is possible to request a postponement of 4 months for $ 80 per course through the student portal. Only one postponement per course can be granted. The 4-month deferral period begins on the date of official end of the course even if it is exceptionally granted after this date.
Q3. How does the date change for an exam work?
A single change of exam date is possible free of charge but it must be done at least 10 working days before the desired date. The change is made through the MaTÉLUQ portal. A second change may be requested but written permission must be sent to the Registrar with a payment of $ 51. Changing the date of the exam does not change the course end date.
Q4. What is the deadline for receiving the course material?

First, contact the program coordination to let them know about the situation. Their contact details can be found on pages 44 to 48.
