BlackBerry Pearl 8220 - Smartphone Review
Announced the other day model BlackBerry Pearl 8220 became the first Smartphone from Research In Motion (RIM), met in folding form-factor.
New weighing 102 g differs very impressive and stylish design of its silver-black corps, the dimensions of which constitute 99 x 48 x 17.7 mm. In this apparatus is designed to work in four bands networks GSM / EDGE, and its main technical characteristics are like:
- The main color TFT-LCD with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels;
- Support color TFT-LCD with a resolution of 128 x 160 pixels;
- QWERTY-keyboard SureType;
- Modules Bluetooth 2.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11b / g;
- 2 - megapixel digital camera with video recording function;
- Integrated Media;
- 3.5 - millimetre slot for connecting headphones;
- Built spikerfon;
- 128 Mb flash memory;
- Slot for connecting microSD-cards;
- Support for SMS, MMS, BlackBerry Maps and Unlicensed Mobile Access (UMA);
- Battery, a charge which is enough for 4 hours of continuous negotiations for 14 days or autonomous work in standby mode.
It is expected that the BlackBerry Pearl 8220 will be on sale exclusively at T-Mobile network in the U.S. as soon as possible and then come to the markets and other countries.
