Modules Aeneon DDR3-1066 SO-DIMM from Qimonda
The company Qimonda AG officially announced the release of new memory modules DDR3-1066 SO-DIMM under the brand Aeneon, intended for use in portable computers, built on the basis of advanced mobile platform Intel Centrino 2 (code-named Montevina).
According to the developers, their brainchild, the amount proposed in versions 1 and 2 GB, operate at a frequency of 1066 MHz with 7-7-7-21 delays while characterized voltage of 1.5 V.
