Chipsets NVIDIA MCP7A for Intel: already in August
The most recent information from Taiwanese sources of production eventually allow complete discussion of rumors about the characteristics of the next generation NVIDIA chipsets for the Intel platform and some set a date for the start of sales of new motherboards on the logic of class MCP7A IGP.
As the popular Taiwanese resource The DigiTimes traditionally a reference to anonymous “sources among the producers of motherboards, the beginning mass production of integrated chipsets (IGP) platform for Intel, which include a built-class GeForce graphics kernel 9, is scheduled to NVIDIA plans for mid-August. Toward the beginning of September at the first motherboards chipset nForce 730i MCP (working title MCP7A), will appear in retail.
Chipset MCP7A will be represented by two versions: MCP7A-U with integrated GeForce 9400 graphics (clock frequency kernel / shader 580/1500 MHz) and MCP7A-S with the GeForce 9300 graphics core (kernel clock frequency / shader 450/1200 MHz). The other characteristics of chipsets are almost identical.
For a family of chipsets MCP7A characterized support FSB up to 1333 MHz, dual DDR2 memory standards and / or DDR3, bus PCI Express 2.0. Graphic kernel-based architecture with support for NVIDIA G86 DirectX 10 and Shader Model 4.0, has 16 streaming processors, allows charges to equip interfaces HDMI, DisplayPort, D-sub and dual DVI. In addition, MCP7A supports technology Hybrid SLI, PureVideo and CUDA.
