Update for Win XP SP3 fixes a bug with roster
Issued an update for Windows XP Service Pack 3, which fixes a bug damage to the roster of experienced while working with some applications for security. The problem was first identified about a month ago and raised the users program Norton Antivirus.
Some users have found that after installing XP SP3 appears in the register of a large number of values, which in fact are simply rubbish. Because of errors in the registry experienced some problems such as loss of Internet connection, constant rebooting.
It must be said that Symantec reacted to the problem earlier than Microsoft. The company released a patch to correct a mistake, even on 5 June.
