Microsoft no longer sells Windows XP PC manufacturers
Today - the official date of termination of sales Windows XP. As of today, Microsoft operating system ceased to supply major manufacturers and retailers of computers. Now users who want to buy a brand computer with the old operating system, remains the only one possibility: buy Vista Ultimate or Vista Business, and then legally use “downgrade” to XP.
Buy Windows XP to continue to be in small shops selling computer accessories. Therefore partners authorized to sell Microsoft operating system until January next year. In addition, Windows XP will continue to sell computers together with the budget like Asus Eee PC until 2010.
Microsoft is going to provide full support for Windows XP until 2009, but limited - until 2014.
