Pioneer has submitted four Blu-ray player
The European division of Pioneer announced the entry of four models of players at once Blu-ray. New players supporting modern standards of high-definition video, 7.1-channel audio conforming to the requirements of DTS HD Master Audio and Dolby TrueHD, ports equipped with HDMI, and differ, according to developers, high productivity through the use of new advanced chipset.
The most advanced novelty, BDP-LX91, supports the function of BD-Live (Profile 2.0), which allows to access multimedia content directly using Blu-ray player connected to the World Wide Web. Models BDP-LX08, BDP-LX71 and BDP-51FD support BonusView (Profile 1.1). In their players Pioneer has used the same graphical user interface, which are equipped with its plasma TVs KURO.
BDP-LX71 will be on sale in September, BDP-51FD and BDP-LX08 will be available in October, and BDP-LX91 can not be purchased before winter.
